Autumn always makes me want to get snuggly. The colder months are perfect for cosying up and taking it easy—and the slow, meditative approach of yin yoga is a perfect match.
To make it easier to get some hygge this autumn, I’m brining back monthly Friday evening yin yoga sessions. Three relaxing 75-minute online classes (with video replay), from my home to yours.
What to expect
When you register, you get access to the live session via Zoom, as well as a link to the video replay for the whole weekend. Each class uses long, well-supported postures to gently open the body and relax the mind. And we always end with a deliciously comfy guided relaxation.
I also curate Spotify playlists for each practice and let you know in advance what props we’re likely to use (hint: it’s often every blanket you can get your hands on!).
